The 16-Channel Digital Output Module from UWNTEK incorporates its own over-current protection mechanism. In case of excessive current input resulting from internal faults, it activates its self-protection function. Once the fault is rectified, the module seamlessly resumes normal operation.
China UWNTEK UW5322 16-Channel Digital Output Module integrates 16 channels of switching output.
Features:
The system automatically identifies the module type and enables plug-and-play;
Photoelectric isolation is used between on-site signals and the system, with an isolation voltage of 1500V;
Isolation between channels, channel failure will not affect the normal operation of other channels;
The system power distribution adopts a +24V power supply that is independent of the system power supply to ensure complete isolation from the system power supply;
The module has its own over-current protection function. When the current input of the module is too large due to its own fault, it has a self-protection function. When the fault is eliminated, the module returns to normal operation;
The DO channel adopts data output readback confirmation method to ensure the reliability of data output;
Equipped with a combined industrial terminal block group, the cage, cage bottom plate, terminal board and their connecting cables are eliminated to facilitate user use and maintenance;
It can have built-in output voting algorithm, output self-test and fault reporting mechanism, and can adopt multiple redundant combinations of single and dual redundancy, and configure redundancy solutions on a module-by-module basis.
Configurable UW5382 relay output terminal block (16-way OMRON relay, 10A, including indication, insurance, and replacement functions);
